The Bayou City Art Festival is Houston’s iconic art festival showcasing the works of 300 artists in 19 different categories at Bayou City Art Festival Memorial Park in the spring and Bayou City Art Festival Downtown in the fall.

The outdoor festival attracts more than 20,000 attendees offering visitors the opportunity to meet with exhibiting artists, buy one-of-a-kind art, enjoy food, music, and entertainment. 

Each festival experience showcases an outdoor gallery of original works, one-of-a-kind art, world-class pieces and the opportunity to meet 280 select artists from all over the world.

This year’s featured artist is Dewey James, a mixed media artist from Minneapolis, Minnesota that provides a whimsical outlook combining colorful images of nature, cityscapes, and amusements
