St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church: A Vibrant Community of Disciples

Founded in 1997, St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church has grown into a flourishing parish that serves over 7,500 families in The Woodlands and Spring area. Under the guidance of Pastor Fr. Jesse Garcia, the church emphasizes stewardship as a way of life, fostering a joyful Roman Catholic community that aims to be a beacon of faith and light to the world. The parish life is deeply rooted in the sacraments and prayer, offering a robust schedule of services across its main campus and the Our Lady of the Angels Chapel.

Worship at St. Anthony of Padua includes a wide range of Mass times to accommodate its large congregation. Weekend liturgies are held on Saturdays at 5:00 PM and on Sundays at 7:00 AM, 9:00 AM, 11:00 AM, and 6:00 PM, with a Spanish Mass celebrated at 1:00 PM. Daily Mass is also a cornerstone of the community, typically held at 9:00 AM Monday through Friday, with additional early morning and evening options throughout the week. For those seeking spiritual renewal, reconciliation is offered frequently in both English and Spanish.

The church is home to over 100 active ministries that reach out to the local and global community, including the St. Anthony’s Bread Food Pantry and the St. Vincent de Paul Assistance Ministry. Beyond service and outreach, the parish focuses on lifelong faith formation through its Little Saints Preschool, children’s and youth ministries, and programs for adults interested in joining the Catholic faith. Whether through communal worship or hands-on service, St. Anthony of Padua remains dedicated to building an interconnected gathering of the faithful.
